Description: Camellia Tea Oil has excellent moisture and emollient properties and is one of the lightest, fastest absorbing carrier oils penetrating skin as fast as water, leaving it supple and hydrated. The oil contains mono-saturated essential fatty acids and very high in oleic acid (Omega 9 fatty acid). Camellia Oil contains vitamin A, B, and E and one of the most precious constituents for skin such as phytosqualene. Squalene is a natural component of human sebum. With age the deficiency of squalene results in dry skin, premature ageing and wrinkles.

Colour: Yellow to light yellow

Aromatic Description: Mild, Free from rancid foreign odours

Common Uses: An ideal choice for face massage, baby massage and nail care. It is often used in face creams for mature skin, after-sun applications and shampoos and conditioners for dry, damaged hair.  There have been some reports that Camellia oil can prevent and diminish stretch marks and small acne scarring. 

Consistency: Mobile Liquid

Shelf life: Users can expect a shelf life of 24 months with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended.
